Promotional Activities
JungTo Publications and JungTo Monthly, JungTo Internet Broadcasting
works to promote the philosophy and socially engaged works of
the JungTo Society.
Special Projects
- Pilgrimage to India
This program was devised to feel the teachings of the Lord Buddha
through taking pilgrimage to eight major holy places that the
holds the significance of the major event in the life of the
Lord Buddha. From birth, leaving home, to the enlightenment,
journey of teaching people to the enlightenment until he reached
the nirvana. This program also provides the opportunity to take
part in the relief and development in India.
- Historic Study Tour: In Search of the Root of the Nation
By visiting the sites which holds great importance to the ancient
and modern Korean history, it gives the opportunity to develop
further insights into the Korean history.
- The Retreat of Awakening
The first stage of the JungTo Retreat program. It seeks to awaken
oneself through breaking the stereo-typical concepts.
- The Retreat of Sharing
The second stage of the devised retreat program is to open up
the mind and treating the anxiety, repression from various stresses
in life from the foundation. Thereby recovering the social relationships
enabling to understand each other.
