Good Friends: Centre for Peace, Human Rights and Refugees  
 
 

Good Friends aims to be friended with all living beings. The major activities of the Good Friends is to provide humanitarian assistance to the refugees from all over the world, achieving a peaceful resolution in conflict areas and the taking actions to improve and protect the human rights.

In the past, Good Friends has been focusing on the information dissemination of the humanitarian crisis of North Korea and worked as the major humanitarian aid provider to the North Korean Refugees in the China and North Korean border. Currently focussing on the people participating unification of Korean peninsula as part of the Peaceful Conflict Resolution Movement and Improving the human rights on the North Korean people.

Peace Movement
- Campaigned to collect one million signatures to send humanitarian aid to North Korea.
- Supporting the Conscientious Objectors and Alternative Services

Participatory Unification Movement
- Forum and for the Unified Future: Lectures and Discussions on the issues of the unification of the Korean Peninsula
- Fund raising for the humanitarian assistance for the north Korean refugees

Activities on the Human Rights
- Improving the Survival Rights of the North Koreans.
- Resettlement Program for the North Korean refugees in Korea.
- Humanitarian Assistance to the North Korean Refugees in China.
- Social Assistance Program for the Asylum Seekers in Korea (in partnership with the UNHCR)
